Meet Leah
Leah, founder of LP Coaching & Training, has 10+ years of coaching and training experience and is passionate about helping leaders gain clarity, build trust, and lead authentically. Leah has coached leaders at startups as well as fortune 500 companies, and has designed and led global Leadership Development programming for companies including Wayfair and Toast.
Prior to coaching, Leah split her time between startups and Fortune 500 companies. In her early career, she sat on the executive team at Chicago startup, SpotHero, and more recently built out Wayfair and Toast’s Leadership Development programming for their 3000+ corporate employees. Leah has extensive experience working with senior leaders who are stepping into new levels of responsibility—whether managing complex team dynamics, building strategic relationships, or overcoming organizational challenges, and has expertise in both one-on-one coaching as well as group facilitation on these topics.
Leah holds a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is an ICF-accredited coach.
She currently lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband, two sons and their Bernedoodle pup, Nala.
